What was killing me here?

I died yesterday in this tiny boss room from a debuff I've never seen before:

Oh I just now realized that I was rolling into these yellow exploding things which probably killed me then finally - but still the debuff was eating up my ES which I didnt realize until it was over.

Then this was really just a skill issue - the same boss in a different room and I forget what to do with him^^
