Quest Ancient Vows Uncompletable - 2nd Relic Not Dropping

I am on the step "Find another Relic that can be placed in the altar." I got the first one from Keth, but the 2nd one is never dropping from the other zone. I've farmed it for an hour. Unable to complete the quest.

Same thing has happened to me.

I'm having the same issue. I can't finish the quest since the item won't drop no matter how many mobs I kill in the zone.

Same issue then got it from the " Bone Pit" zone. good luck.
