Kaom's heart needs nerf

I'm kidding of course.

I think Kaom's heart would deserve the 'chase item status'.
But for that to become reality, it would need a significant buff.
You tried hard with an additional +500 life.
But this item still sucks.
The downside of having no spirit is absolutely trash, but even if this downside was not there, the item would still not be crazy good (or maybe in the odd case).
