Normal Belt + Double Essence of Insanity

Has anyone tried this? Would that result in the belt gaining 4 Vaal enchantments upon corruption?

" You can't have two of the same affix on a item. So, you can't have two "On Corruption, Item gains two Enchantments" on the same item. |
