fleshpierce spectre problem, only getting plague harvester

i go to the right location (by the merchant in the crossing map), kill the wasp, it clearly says fleshpierce when i am binding the spectre, the skill gem than says plague harvester.
the haste aura is not there.
tried like 5 times already, even after b hotfix
anyone else?

edit: after vain attempt to capture fleshpierce, i went to ashen forest to get the mandible. Also for the fifth time, i got the nettle ant out of it...
