The omen of amelioration is not working

I have the omens active in the inventory and the omen is not used on death. I thought maybe because it's a delirium map, but it just happened again on a normal map. This is beyond frustrating.. paying for an omen that doesn't work is 1, but then also loosing XP when you try to level is deeply saddening.

and 2 more times...this needs to be fixed.. i`m trying to enjoy the endgame.. and all i want to do is quit because i cannot level my character

This keeps happening to me and it makes me very sad. I’m sitting here wondering how I’ve lost 30% XP when I’ve got omens up. It’s frustrating and saddening. I just turned off the game. Two time it happened in delirium and now I just undid my play session of an hour and half in about 2 minutes. Fun.

I just did some more reading and it seems like the omen will only work once per instance. So follow up deaths in the same map will be extra costly I suppose. But my omen still didn’t process on the first death I feel like.
