Rog from act4 is missing from kingmarch help lol

from image you see, i can't using npc rog because he missing in town

and i need to do the quest for give pearl to rog... idk what to do now please fix it

Same problem here.

Alva has disappeared, the draw bridge is up to the west end of town. I cannot interact with the quest. I collected the Charter from Rog at the beginning of Act 4 and am now level 88. Rog is still not there.

I ran a few people through act 3 to act 4, and Rog still isn't there. So far, the biggest problem I have is this annoying peal in the inventory and the fact that I couldn't disenchant anything in town.

Please help.
