Ekbab doesn't drop the quest tusk

So just did two instances of the bone pits with new toon, because running it first time didn't give me ekbab's tusk to progress main quest. I thought maybe it was a weird one time bug so I restarted the instance and the tusk still didn't drop. Server is Frankfurt, character is blood mage, running with stable internet connection. I will try to complete the instance again to confirm it doesn't drop at all, will report if it happens again.

Edit: it dropped after third instance restart

I had exactly the same issue 0.3.1 patch on my 2nd character. I stopped playing and when I got back next day I was loaded by the game on the boss checkpoint, had to re-do it and then it dropped.
