Broken tower and tablets

Hello, the mechanics of the towers and tiles are broken. After passing through the tower, there is no way to insert tiles to get a buff. In the dialog box with the tower, a window opens as when you first pass the tower (choosing a waystone and 3 buffs below).

I tried changing tiles, towers, shelters. I restored the integrity of the files on Steam, Nothing helps.
