cant connect to playstation network

so ive been trying to download new item filters but when i go to sign into my playstaion account through the website its been saying "cant connect to server"
ive downloaded filter before so i know it has worked in the past.

when i connect my GGG account on my laptop to the sony network it works fine.

any idea about this?

did you connect your poe2 account with sony playstation network (manage account settings) or have you tried to reconnect it?

ye it all works fine outside of trying to connect on my actual ps5.
i even tried changing my password on the website but nothing helped.

its all linked, so i can fast travel to other players hideouts on poe trade etc. i just cant sign in on my console.

my question was..

did you link your ggg account with playstation network on ggg homepage in the settings and tried to renew it?
