Network issues

For couple of days I've been experiencing severe ping issues on map instances. Sometimes when entering a map my ping is fine (around 30ms on Frankfurt server) but more often it just starts ramping up to hundreds of thousands. Restarting the game or relogging does not help. I don't have any network issues on any other game and I've tried different networks, unfortunately with the same result. What is the issue causing this problems and how can I fix it? I can't play at all like this, as most of the times I enter the map it's completely unplayable, I can't even move my character. Thanks in advance.
