Sekhema Floor 2 Hourglass rares no spawning

Only happens on floor 2 hourglass rooms.

If you go guns blazing sometimes the rares die too fast and subsequent rares stop spawning, leaving you having to wait sometimes a minute and a bit for the timer to run down while you're twiddling your thumbs
