Infernal cry stopped casting

i tried infernal cry at the begging of act 1 when i was able to get it it worked fine now im in act 3 crafted it again with a skill gem and now it doesnt want to cast no matter howw much i spam the button i tried re crafting it, slotting in a different gem slot removing every support gem i had on every skill, changing key binds nothing my character just cant use it anymore.
