Deshar Regurgitating Vulture Causes Game Freeze

Periodically in Deshar the game freezes for ~15 sec., then resumes. Seems maybe related to poison birds (Regurgitating Vultures)?

Switching from DirectX12 to Vulcan seems to temporarily resolve the issue, but at the cost of graphics quality and frame rate. And then when issue returns, instead of freezing for ~15 sec. and then resuming, game stutters for few sec. then resumes a few times, and then I get logged out.

I think the Vultures spit poison, then issue occurs when the spat poison blob bursts.
