​Map loading is infinite

I always enjoy playing the game, but I'm facing an unresolved problem.
The issue is described below.
​(Device) PS5
​(Symptoms)
​Map loading is infinite (continues indefinitely).
​The gear icon is spinning, and the tips are cycling.
​The same symptom occurs with other existing characters.
​Creating a new character is possible, but the initial forest area fails to load.
​(Actions Taken)
​PS5 reboot.
​Cleared the PS5 system cache.
​Reinstalled the game (POE2 - assuming this is the game title).
Please help

restart in town/hideout with hot keys on login page, then try to enter map again

map closes after 20-25 minutes and you get into town/hideout anyway

(restart in hideout would be better, no other players to load)

By the way, if I delete my account and create a new one from scratch, would that solve this issue?"
