Consistent and Frequent Freezing of POE2 on PS5 Pro

I seem to have a data corruption issue because my network is at 0, with a wired LAN that has download speeds of 750-800Mbps on my PS5 pro. I have no lag while playing but every time i go to my menu to level up or change gear the game goes red and eventually freezes as game paused or freezes period. I emailed the support team and they sent an auto email to post here. Does anyone know how to clear my game cache using a ps5?
