Reset all skill tree?

I would like to reset all the skill tree. Is it possible?

Yes, but you will need a LOT of orbs of regret. You can get respec points by completing some of the side-quests in the story portion of the game, but not enough. Alternatively, at the launch of each new league/major patch, usually every character that existed before that is given a full respec.
