Game Pausing + Chat

This problem started in just the last couple patches;

Most of the time. someone posts an item there is a barely perceptible pause in the game but if someone links a bunch of items my game will actually pause for .5 of a second. Almost like it's trying to find the items in a list of some sort.

Great game but gets kinda hairy when this happens and you're playing HC with a bunch of mobs coming at you :)
