Any good true face tank builds for duelist?

Facetank means probably max block + gain %_max_hp on block (surrender or shaper base). You can look at my glad in ssf blight, it's the most successful char i ever had despite playing ssf, first uber elder killed 1st attempt (not deathless though). Basically the only thing that can kill me is damage over time.
