How to i get allocates split shot on amulet?

Good morning, I saw a person who has an amulet with the split shot affix and the truth is that I haven't found any similar one in the store. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Well in the passive tree, if you hover the node you will see in the upper right corner of the tooltip which 3 distilled emotions are required, there isn't even a need to leave the game to figure it out.
