How do I get that list of tabs in my stash?

It's a multicolored vertical list attached to the right of the stash window. I would like to enable this but cannot figure out how.

Never mind. What I thought it was wasn't it. My mistake.

When you open your stash, on the top right of the stash window, slightly under the X to close the window, there a button for "Show stash tab list" or something like this. When you click this the list will be shown.

The "tab view" can only be enabled if you have more tabs than fit the width of the stash interface.

In other words, if you can see all the tabs in the window then you will not get the option to show the vertical tab list on the right.

I have nested tabs and it would be quicker to have a flat, vertical tab list for navigation (because it would be one click instead of two clicks to get to a nested tab). Unfortunately I can't get the vertical tab list unless I put enough tabs at the top level to overflow the UI.
