Logbook deletion from menu on Dannig

So I put the logbook in through Dannig as required to access to expedition map, but when I hit the RB button the menu closed and the item disappeared. It is not in any of my stashes and appears to simply have been deleted from the game.

Anyone have a similar issue and/or know of a solution or is it just gone?

Disregard, restarting the game a second time fixed this.

Well this very same thing has just happened to me. Put a level 79 logbook in to expedition map. Hit the rb button nothing happened. Whet out back in nothing. Took it out put it back in nothing. Went out again and it was gone. Restarted twice. Have not gotten it back. Not too happy. Very first time trying a level 79 logbook. Aarrggghhhhhh!!!
