problem

I am having serious problems with windowed full-screen. I posted in bug report but no feedback. so I am posting it here. my game is not opening in try windowed full-screen. Any time I tried changing any of the graphics settings in game it crashes game. The mouse pointer is about 1/2 inch off. All these problems started after the dawn of the hunt update.
Update I suspect the issue is coming for Amd graphics card software. I have no idea how to begin to test it.
Update I uninstalled AMD software and it still causing all same problems
I tried changing the system setting through config file.
It crashed when fullscreen true. It ran with windowed true.
The mouse pointer is still offset by a half an inch even in windowed.
Changing renderer_type=DirectX12 to X11 causes getsapdaterinfo error when game starts
