No ascendancy points after completing floor 3 of Sekhemas

Using a valid Djinn that would grant me ascendancy, did all floors and cleared bosses, which never done before. No points granted.

You should have gotten 5-6 points? Did you click on the ascendancy altar in the final reward room?
