TRADE PROBLEM POE2. CANT SWITCH CHARACTER

Good morning,

I can't switch character to trade. I only see a character created from POE 1, even though I've been playing the new POE 2 league for weeks. It's as if my POE 2 character doesn't exist; it's not reflected anywhere.

Is there any solution to this problem? Thank you very much.
