Corrupted Nexus quest

Can someone help me with the quest Cleanse Corrupted Nexus? I can't get any more points in my Atlas Skill Tree. I've already completed 3 Corrupted Nexuses and killed the final boss, but none of those times did Doryani appear to give me the item that grants points in the Atlas Tree. Does anyone know what to do?

Think ya need to start the Corrupted Nexus Node w a rare waystone that has at least 4 modifiers. That is how mine have been where I am given a boss at the end of killing the last Rare & a Boss appears then Doriyani appears to cleans the corpse.

i CLEARED two currupted nexus', completely, nothing left, no boss spawned, no points. The 3rd one gave me two points. I did like 40 maps before getting a couple +2% passives. Incredible.
