HELP : Combat frenzy

Could you tell me why I can't get a frenzy charge?

I've tried several support gems, but no charge frenzy appears...

you need to put some points in electrocute build up and get electrocution node. Also you can use sniper's mark for frenzy when you crit.

You lack DPS that's why you don't electrocute

I think it was just a bug, because it didn't work when I quit the game, and the next morning when I restarted it, everything worked without having changed anything.
