Ping is sky rocketed on boss fights

Do you even understand how frustrating it is to suck on boss only due to the ping sky rocketing all the time you try to approach it?

I can get decent ping clearing the whole map, but any time you try to enter a boss connection spikes just go crazy!

What is the reason? Do you send everyone in the game to the different boss-server during the boss fight? If so check it out, it sucks!
