Distilled Emotions recipes not showing up on Passive Skill tooltip

All I can see on the passive tree notables is the "Unallocated" below the skill description. The distilled emotion combinations are not showing (I think I used to press/hold ctrl in the past to display them). Is that bugged? Removed? How do I find the recipes to enchant my amulet?

You need to pick up a distilled emotion from the ground.

You can find the recipes here https://poe2db.tw/.

Ok, so this is not working. I have a whole bunch of distilled emotions. Just logged in, threw some on the ground, then picked them up for good measure. When I inspect my notables, the recipes don't appear. Only the key words in skill description get highlighted as per usual.
...I think I figued out why this is. I am playing my original character, not the new league. I bet you 0.2 broke the tooltips. [edit: Found the recipe online. Problem solved.
