SRS Damage bugged or just the tooltip in Gem Section?

Hi,
currently leveling an arsonist. Noticed that SRS does not gain any extra damage at all (at least for what the overview shows in the gem menue). Added Fire Infusuon and Elemental Support gem. SRS still only shows 2-5 physical damage.

1.) Yes I made sure that the spirits are summoned before checking the tooltip
2.) currently level 32 in act 3

Damage bugged or can one just not get the real numbers from the gem overview? (which I would consider bugged as well!)

Tooltip is bugged, as half of other skills. Impossible to judge SRS damage, I am afraid they may not have any damage at all for a wand/scepter user - as thoose dont have damage stats. I use them for ignites though, works really well.
