REFORGE BENCH(POE2)

Hello, I have a problem after transferring a character from SSF to Normal League, the problem is that I have done quests and I do not have access to e.g. REFORGE BENCH, what can I do?

Did you do a full transfer from SSF to League? Button somewhere at the top of the screen? Forum search brings up a few post about fully transferring leagues, quest progress, etc.
