We need more charges source.

As I've been a POE 1 player for a long time, I miss items with (minimum) charges. Knowing that some skills in the game are completely dependent on charges.
I say this to make the experience more interesting. An example of this is playing Flicker Strike Invoker. The build is great and very fun, but this thing about using a profane ritual with cast on critical is not at all practical, and you can only use it at level 58...

I would really like the items to come with a roll for the minimum charges, for each type, like in POE1. Or unique items for the end with this type of attribute, it would be super interesting.
