Map Rarity/Currency Drop Rate nerfed?

I guess I have to chalk this up to "Gameplay experience will vary" but my currency drops are waaaaay down since the patch. I am doing maps with 126% rarity on gear and at least 75% from explicits and I have a regal or exalt dropping here and there. Orbs of Annulment and Chance seem more rare than Divs.

It is pretty discouraging.

Anyone else noticing the drop in drops?
