Light Radius % = The Inner Light of your Hero?

Title says it all.

Uniques with light radius all seem to follow a similar theme.

Light radius might be a drop table effecting modifier similar to rarity.

It might also effect Azmerian whisp charm drop table.

Probably not relevant, but in poe1 you can stack enough light radius that a character starts to have a very noticeable hazy glow to them. Grossly incandescent even...

Poe1 has a small amount of light radius themed uniques as well.
