Temporal Chains and Temporal Bubble

They should not affects attack speed, there's enough punishment in movement speed, cooldowns, curse duration.
Affecting attack speed as well they way it's tied to dps end up in a huge damage loss, and it is HUGE.
This is a very big punishment for average builds/users that dont deal much damage due to not playing metas.

I know most want temp chains to be removed but here i'm asking for a little rework that doesnt involve lowering damage via attack speed.
Thoughts?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates this debuff. Yes, it needs rework. Imagine temporal chains + 33% enemy movement speed and attack speed against a rare that steals your mana

Whilst I hate temp chains maps passionately we cannot forget that tem chains is also a player ability. If you make it not affect attack speed, it would become pretty useless for already heavily over nerfed chrono builds.

Get yourself a silver charms and you're fine.
