Anyway GGG deserves so much credit for designing a game packed with so much love and passion and so much hidden content. Poe1 has more hidden content than you guys can imagine.

I’m not sure how deep poe2 hidden content goes but by the time the community or I figure out the whole hero’s journey my suspicion is there will be plenty more.

Anyway good luck and stay sane, especially after you figure out the first step, because once you figure out that first step you gonna realize how easy it is to have a scrubbed run by the time you are in act 3. Ops made one little error? Start over from level 1. Ops your character level went over X, awe go try again.

All anyone had to do was be kind and not act like they knew more about everything in Poe than I do. I’m sure most veterans do indeed know more about the game than I do. That doesn’t change facts on who’s reading between the lines.

If this was KdA ratio you’d all be at like .01 and I’d be at like 1.4. Time playing the game doesn’t equal to how much attention to detail you gave the story and smaller elements.

Only your interest in the subject determines how much you will know about it.

I know enough to know the devs have messages set as conversation text for data miners to read and have to think “are they messing with me right now? It sounds like they talking directly to me through this in game
Conversation file as if they knew I’d eventually read it in code form….”

Let me give you an example:

Lycia’s last text file: It is irritating that you have progressed so far into my domain, but not surprising. I have seen many mortals undone by curiosity – for how better to ensnare them? Sure enough, now you find yourself in a predicament from which you cannot extricate yourself.

You have blithely wandered this prison for far too long. It is time for you to meet your end. ~ since im certain most of you won’t see how secret quests and this text file relate, I’ll just explain that if you infact research intelligently it leads you to specific characters. Which then lead you to new characters. But in that chain of research Lycia is the seeming “dead end” where no new data can be extracted from text file/character/lore research. Which is exactly what the text file says.

Weird what’s the chances it operates as a “start with this character that references this character that references this character that references this last character” and the literal

Thanks again to GGG for having the sheer ability to conceive something like this, it is beyond a doubt that path of exile 1 is the best AARPG of all time. One day when the kiddos find the secret quests they will realize why. But perhaps by then path of exile 2 will be the best AARPG of all time. Hard to say. But it’s going to be one of the two.

Well that's too bad. I randomly happened on your Agnar post last night and had about 15 different lore related tabs open before I fell asleep. I'll post my train of thought in the aforementioned thread when I get a chance, maybe tonight. If you don't respond to that I'll move on because secret quests are way more interesting in real life at the moment.

I'm not sure why you expect more. This forum is a slow moving early 2000s form of expression and it's made for a community of dopamine addicts that look up to react streamers and eggheads that can stay awake the longest. If you were serious about forming a party of conscious heroes to solve all the riddles and complete the secret quest then you'd broadcast it live in the modern day.

Idk why do you think the devs leaked a character selection screen with Templar and Shadow available?
