I'm a Foreign student living in china, So far i'm experiencing terrible ping while playing the game (constant pig spikes up to 500 & 600 sometimes even 1000), So naturally i want to play in the Chinese server.

will i be able to play in Chinese server from international launcher or do i have to use tencent version for it.
if so are they going to have a English version with it.
