How to Return to Ziggurat Refuge on Standard?

Since there is no Act3 Cruel waypoint tab, I can’t seem to find a way to teleport back. Anyone else having this issue?

Go to Kingsmarch and ask Hooded One to send you to Oriath.

Click way point, click endgame and click house button on the right
