4070 super 9800x3d fps issue

85 fps in menu, gpu almost 100% even tho low power consumption, in game 60-70, upscalers dont change anything, changing settings dont change anything,idk

Which renderer are u using (Vulkan or DirectX 12)?
Which resolution 1440p or 4k?
Monitor (Hz?)
Did u try lowering shadow quality or turning off SSAO/SSR?
Drivers?
FPS Cap?
Fullscreen or Windowed?
U can use GPU-Z (Freeware) and check ur Card etc.?

4 - if u read what i am typing u can see that it doesnt change anything
5 - drivers doesnt change anything(tried older and newest)
6 - as u can see, gpu 100% almost so no, no cap

yeah something is wrong with your h/w config most likely as my one system that's 5600x and 3070 gets better fps than that as does my 7800x3d/4070, both are 1440 ultrawide. I doubt there would be a bug specific to only the 9800x3d and not 7800x3d if 3DV cache was the problem

GPU is too old you need a least a 4090 to play a AAA game like PATH OF EXILE 2

Stupid question... Are you using a 2.1 DP cable?
