Stuck in location

Hello, I'm stuck in a location, the portal doesn't work, the teleport doesn't work. And this is only on one character, on others everything works. Help please. Character - DendiBL. Poe2

I tried using Ctrl + right click on the character to spawn at the base. It helped, but as soon as I teleport to any location, the portals stop working again, they don't click, and checkpoints and portals don't work.
