Monster Resistance Cap

Are negative resistances on monsters capped at -200% like POE1? I see nothing about it on the wiki.

I know they changed it in POE1 because of Doryani's Prototype, which does exist in POE2, but it was changed later. We didn't get the -75% action speed cap in POE2 until after 0.2, so unsure if we have the monster resistance cap or not.

Bump attempt to see if anyone knows, otherwise I will assume we don't know. Lame that we can't duel for easy testing or anything.
