Slow from Temporal Chains on Uniques

Unique monsters have 50% less curse effect and 50% less slow effect. Does this mean that they only receive 25% the slow effect from Temporal Chains?

Been wondering myself. Tooltip for slow on temporal chains is very missleading although I'm using it with blasphemy. It states that for magic/rare/unique should apply with reduced effect ie. -15 /-30/-50 % respectively but from what I ovbserverd it's more of a -30/-53/-77%. Even when applying 45% reduced magnitude logic math ain't mathing
