How do I set my stash tab options on console (ps5)?

I'm trying to enable a stash tab affinities, which I have done for individual tabs, but I can't figure out how to open the stash option. I get no pop-ups showing me the controller shortcut and "right-stick + d-pad up" does not work either. For the record, yes I tried this while selecting a premium stash tab and it sadly did not work either.
