Simulacrum rarity

Hello! I need your help. I can't find the information I need in open sources. Streamers are giving conflicting information. Does the rarity of items found affect drops in the Simulacrum? It seems like drops there aren't calculated from monsters, it's just generated by the location.

I tried it with 160 rarity and with 20 rarity and i couldnt see any difference. By logic i think rarity doesnt apply to simulacurum wave rewards also ritual altar completion rewards (those that drop as soon as you finish ritual)
