40% of 2.3 is 3.22/ Not 2.7

I would like to see Area of Effect give proper amounts of growth on skills.
(if there is already a post explaining why this cant be, Id appreciate a link to it.)

I can understand the hesitance of allowing skills to be much bigger then the intended amount. However, if you want the skill to be reach far, you have to invest into a lot of skill passives and a support gem. I would like to see the game allow true percentile scaling so our skills, if wished to have an improved range, can hit over 100% original Meters.

I am using resonating shield. I would love to see that skill screen clear on its own. I spent the points, I want to see it tear the screen apart.

2.3 is the radius, 40% is the area (of the circle).
