Ahkeli's Boon vs Ming's Heart

Ahkeli's Boon = 15% increased global defences does not affect health pool, not even by 1 point, it only increases ES and Evasion.

Ming's Heart X% reduced global defences affect health pool too.

Tested with over 2k hp, any reason for this?

In addition to lowered global defenses, Ming's Heart also reduces the wearer's Max Life. It is It's own separate affix.
