Ranger stuck on lock dodge/roll mode

I have made two char on HC ranger but both can not dodge or roll atm. Other char that is not ranger can dodge/roll. Can i get some help here. not sure what happen. Noral game seem to play fine, it there a bug. I have try on a different computer and it does the same so it is not my computer or configuration. I can not play ranger in HC.. HELP! PLZ
