Died during portal exit...not fair I think

I went in a map and quickly spawned an Abyss and small Shade Walker pops with extra fire and map already had extra lightning. Chunked my health and I died.

Respawn in map and he is nearby but a good 50 feet away.
I decided to take portal to exit and get ES back.

I hear my Sorceress call her death audio when the portal transition loading is happening. I can also tell it happened in between because I respawned in my hideout and not back in the instance where it should have and I was down another portal.

Log shows two deaths 20 seconds apart with nothing in between. Transition to load in hideout.

Anyway, maybe that combine with losing all portals on a disconnect last night can be put in needs improvement bucket. thanks
