Interlude vendors need to have independent inventories

Especially in SSF, checking vendor inventories every level is a must. But, every vendor in the interludes' main towns have identical copies of the other interlude vendors inventories. It would be SO nice to be able to hit up all three interlude main towns and have different stock to peruse (or, like me, be disappointed by...).
