Thats normal For mapping, they totally ignore average player without 4000usd pc that barely runs 30fps juiced maps ( havent seen a single post from developers about srsly talking about game performance there's no tech/hardware forum on poe2 THEY KNOW IT and ignore it)

Gaming laptops are notoriously bad for high CPU/ VRAM usage games, which is what PoE is.
He could probably get juiced content running smoothly on low settings with dynamic culling cranked up and a cooling pad for the laptop. In multiplayer there will always be problems until they introduce a more aggressive dynamic culling for late game party play or something |

party play was impossible on poe1 and will be also poe2, too much effects and other bullshit to make game unplayable
